Why am I applying for the programme
The world of web development has been fascinating for me for a long time.
The place where all devices meet, can access and enjoy applications with ease and efficiency is changing the
way we work and entertain ourselves in so many ways.
I have often found myself wanting to transform ideas into small applications and although I have
attempted it throughout the years, only during the first lockdown I spent the time to go deeper
into this world. After watching online material and working without any feedback on various small projects
on my own, I realised that only with the help of more experienced guidance and working in a team I could
reach my goal. This is when I discovered Founders & Coders last October and I became
hopeful I could achieve this.
This is my second time applying for the program and this gave me the chance to benefit from a longer
preparation period. I had the opportunity to interact with other candidates on Discord, participate
in many more challenges
and develop my confidence by sharing with others. I feel I achieved more during this period than the
time I have spent in the past studying and preparing alone. I really hope I can be part of the next cohort
and have the chance to
build more on this momentum, learn more, collaborate more and work with all the cool people
I got to meet the last couple of months.
Looking forward to meeting you all!
